With our herd almost complete, we only made one kid acquisition this year and she is stunning, introducing Tempo ET Mataro. Mataro hails from Laurie Acton’s Tempo herd and joins three other 1/2 sisters we obtained over the past 2 years from Laurie. Needless to say, we really like the kids that come out of Tempo and Mataro hails from our favorite doe, Tempo Sochi.

Mataro’s pedigree reads like a who’s who in the goat community with national champions on both sides of the pedigree. Her dam, SGCH Tempo Sochi is out of the 2013 National Champion and 2009, 2012 and 2015 Reserve National Champion, SGCH Tempo Evianna. Her sire, Goat-San Vito is out of the 2015 National Champion, SGCH Goat-San Venice. We sure hope the strong genes pass on to Mataro !!

We are holding Mataro back and will not breed her until our 2022 program, giving her ample time to mature. We are confident she will not disappoint.
