It took 3 freshenings with Petrona’s dam, Jasper to finally find the perfect breeding. We knew immediately when Petrona was born that she was a keeper. Petrona’s sire, Rockin-CB KBB Naga is out of the 2021 National Champion and every kid he’s produced thus far has been stellar. Petrona was a bit slow out of the blocks due to the fact that she was a quad kid but she’s made up for it in recent months growing in equivalent size to the other doe kids we retained this year. Her correctness is staggering and we cannot wait to see how she matures. She will remain dry in 2022/23 and be shown as a dry yearling. We anticipate Petrona being one of our dry yearling entries at the 2023 National Show.
