In 2019 at the National Show in Redmond, OR we laid eyes on Kastdemur’s Bora Bora. We knew immediately we wanted a buck kid out of her and contacted Krista Senn-Myers to place a reservation. No buck kids in 2020 and no bucks in 2021, argh …. finally we (reluctantly) moved our reservation over to Kastdemur’s Vera Wang only to find that she didn’t settle, double argh … we never stopped thinking about Bora but sadly she passed away making a buck kid from her no longer possible so we did the next best thing, reserved a kid out of Kastdemur’s Bombay, Bora’s doe kid !!! The wait is finally over when we received a message from Krista notifying us that Bombay had 2 buck kids !!! We are so excited to bring this boy into our herd and using him for the upcoming breeding season. He exemplifies many of the physical characteristics of his dam – very tall and long bodied. And the best part? He has wattles !!!
